How do I download my purchased products?
After successful payment, go to your Orders page. You will find a download button next to each purchased product. Downloads are available for a limited time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via eSewa, Khalti, Cash, and Bank Deposit. For deposit payments, upload your payment screenshot after transfer.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
How long are download links valid?
Download links are valid for 72 hours after purchase and can be used up to 5 times. You can always request new links from your dashboard.
